No. Each player is entitled to one RA999 account only. Creating additional accounts — for example, to claim multiple welcome bonuses — is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all related accounts being permanently closed, with balances and winnings forfeited. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, contact support immediately.

You can request account closure by contacting RA999 support via live chat or at support@ra999.run. Before closing, ensure any withdrawable balance is cashed out. KYC stands for Know Your Customer — it is the identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. RA999 does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you send reaches your RA999 balance. Your own payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges separately — RA999 has no control over those. Yes. RA999 offers daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you can set yourself from Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Reductions take effect immediately. If you request an increase to an existing limit, a mandatory 24-hour review period applies before the higher limit becomes active. This delay is intentional — it gives you time to reconsider.

First, check your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank statement) to confirm whether the payment was deducted from your account. If the payment was deducted but has not appeared in your RA999 balance after 30 minutes, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number and the amount. Common reasons for a rejected withdrawal include:

• KYC verification not yet completed or documents not approved

• The withdrawal method name does not match your registered account name
• Your account has a pending security review

If your withdrawal is still in "Pending" status and has not yet been processed, you may be able to cancel it from the Transaction History section of your account. Yes. RA999 supports accumulator (multi-bet) wagering on cricket. You can combine selections from different matches into a single bet slip. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. The odds of all selections are multiplied together to produce your potential payout. There is a minimum of 2 selections for an accumulator and a maximum of 15 selections per slip on most bet types.

Crash games work like this: each round starts at a multiplier of 1.00x, which rises rapidly over a few seconds. You place a bet before the round starts. As the multiplier climbs, you can cash out at any point — your bet is multiplied by whatever the multiplier shows when you cash out. However, at some random point the multiplier "crashes" to zero.
