RA999 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the RA999 platform at ra999.run, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use RA999.

These terms form the entire agreement between you and RA999 regarding your use of the platform. They apply to all services offered on RA999, including but not limited to cricket betting, crash games, slots, live score features, the VIP Club, and all deposit and withdrawal services.

RA999 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use RA999 you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RA999 does not permit any person under 18 to register or use any part of the platform, including the free-play or demo modes of any game.
• You must be registering and using the account in your own name. Creating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted.
• You must be the legal owner or authorised user of the payment method you use to deposit and withdraw funds on RA999.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of RA999 or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You must not have been previously excluded from RA999 through a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated closure for breach of these terms.

RA999 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any account holder at any time and to request documentation confirming age, identity, address, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Your Account

Each individual may hold only one registered account on RA999 at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is a serious breach of these Terms and Conditions. RA999 employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Accounts identified as duplicates will be permanently closed and any balances therein may be forfeited without notice.

When creating your account you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your mobile number, and a valid email address if requested. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your RA999 account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. RA999 will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact RA999 customer support immediately.

RA999 accounts that have shown no login activity for a period of twelve consecutive months may be classified as dormant. RA999 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Details of the dormancy fee schedule, if applicable, will be communicated in the account settings and support documentation.

4. Deposits

RA999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. RA999 does not accept third-party deposits.

The minimum deposit amount on RA999 is Rs 200 via Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 1,000 via IBFT or card. Deposits are credited to your RA999 account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. For most mobile wallet deposits, this happens within seconds.

• RA999 charges no fee on deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or Visa/Mastercard. Your payment provider may charge its own transaction fee independently.
• Deposit transactions are irreversible once processed. If a deposit has been made in error, contact customer support immediately. Reversal of a processed deposit is not guaranteed and is subject to RA999's assessment.
• RA999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it has reason to believe is connected to fraudulent, money laundering, or other prohibited activity.

By depositing funds to RA999 you confirm that the money you are depositing is not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the funds and the payment method used.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from RA999 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to identity verification being complete on your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 via Easypaisa and JazzCash, and Rs 2,000 via IBFT and card methods.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 2 to 5 minutes of submission for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 15 to 30 minutes. Card withdrawals take 1 to 3 hours. VIP Gold tier and above accounts receive priority queue processing.

RA999 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where the account has not previously completed full identity verification. In such cases, processing will be paused until the required documents are received and reviewed. Players should ensure their KYC documents are submitted and approved before requesting withdrawals to avoid delays.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full. The withdrawable balance in your account will clearly indicate the amount that is available for withdrawal at any given time.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

RA999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated for each promotion, and to these general bonus terms.

Wagering Requirements: Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-linked winnings become withdrawable.

• Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage. Check individual bonus terms for the contribution rates that apply.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account.
• RA999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns — including but not limited to low-risk matched betting, systematic minimum bets, and certain arbitrage strategies — may have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.
• A player may hold only one welcome bonus, and it applies to the first qualifying deposit only. Subsequent deposits under a new registration to claim a second welcome bonus constitute a duplicate account breach.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on RA999 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport or market. General rules that apply to all betting activity on RA999 are as follows:

• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. RA999 reserves the right to suspend any in-play market at any time, including during live action, without prior notice.
• RA999 may impose maximum stake limits on individual markets, events, or accounts. These limits may be adjusted at RA999's discretion.
• Bets placed on markets where the outcome was known at the time of placing — due to a data feed error, a technical glitch, or any other reason — will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled according to RA999's sport-specific rules for abandonment and postponement scenarios.
• Errors in displayed odds or markets that are clearly the result of a technical fault will not be honoured. RA999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at obviously erroneous odds.

For PSL and Pakistan international cricket betting, RA999 applies the rules of the Pakistan Cricket Board as the governing body for match results and disciplinary outcomes. Where an ICC decision supersedes a PCB ruling, the ICC decision will govern settlement.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RA999. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed and may face additional action:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in relation to a deposit that has been used for gambling activity on RA999 is considered fraudulent behaviour. RA999 will pursue recovery of any chargebacks through all available legal means.
• Collusion: Working with other players to fix the outcome of any game or event on RA999 in a coordinated manner is prohibited.
• Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage over RA999 or other players is prohibited.
• Money Laundering: Using RA999 to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or circumvent financial regulations is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Providing False Information: Supplying inaccurate personal information, fake identity documents, or false payment details during registration or verification.
• Accessing RA999 While Excluded: Attempting to register or use RA999 while subject to a self-exclusion or platform-imposed closure is prohibited and will result in immediate re-closure of any new account and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

9. Privacy & Data

RA999 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on RA999 you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.

Personal data collected by RA999 includes your name, date of birth, mobile number, identity documents, payment information, and transaction history. This data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, detect fraud, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

10. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

RA999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain continuous service, RA999 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. Planned maintenance windows and occasional technical issues may result in temporary unavailability.

RA999's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — including in connection with any loss of funds, loss of data, or any other damages — is limited to the amount you have deposited to your RA999 account in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. RA999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses.

RA999 is not liable for any losses arising from the use of third-party payment services, including but not limited to failures, delays, or errors by Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or any bank or card network.

12. Termination

You may close your RA999 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any available balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method following completion of outstanding wagering requirements on any active bonuses. Voluntary account closure does not affect any self-exclusion period you have already activated.

RA999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, and prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, RA999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud or theft is confirmed, any balance may be forfeited entirely and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

13. Changes to Terms

RA999 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page.

If you continue to use RA999 after a change to these terms has been communicated, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using RA999 and close your account.
